Happy, happy!

I am here in Perth and life is good! The love of my life, Troy, asked me to be his wife as soon as I landed! While I was in shock and not completely all there after a very long flight - I said "yes!!".

We have been doing lots since I got here, meeting more of his friends, lunches, dinners, a trip down south to Margaret River, a day at the races for the Melbourne Cup, lots of running through beautiful King's Park and so much more. Most importantly, we have been enjoying every moment we get to spend with each other during my visit.

I will be returning home at the end of the month to get back to work and getting all the details sorted out for the wedding! The date has been set (Saturday February 9th, 2008!), the venue has been booked (Steamworks in Gastown) - thanks Mum! The rest, I am confident will fall into place in good time! Planning a wedding in 3 months, can it be done? Wish me luck!

Only 2 Days to Go!

It is Monday night and I am getting ready to leave Canada on Thursday morning!! Very exciting, lots of nerves and emotions. I know I am about to embark on the greatest adventure to date!!

Can't beleive I am Leaving!

It is really happening! Ticket has been booked, no turning back now... that is of course if I don't get my visa approved by the Aussie consulate! Why are women so damn emotional!
